The service pages and fault guides provide general information to help describe an appliance issue. They do not confirm a diagnosis, price, outcome or service availability.

Service enquiries

Availability depends on the location, appliance, fault, parts, access and other circumstances. Any repair or assessment arrangement is discussed separately after the enquiry.

Safety

Do not remove appliance panels or attempt gas or electrical work. Stop using an appliance when there is a gas smell, smoke, burning smell, exposed wiring, water near electrics or repeated power trips, and follow appropriate local emergency guidance.
